Bringing with him over 25 years of consulting experience, in 2003, Jim worked on a team to revise Delaware’s captive statute and currently serves as Chairman of the Delaware Captive Insurance Association’s Marketing and Education Committee. In his role as Director of Development at Oxford, Jim is responsible for the delivery of Oxford’s Best-in-Class solutions to middle market companies and high-net-worth individuals across the country. Oxford is also excited to welcome two summer interns – Michael P. DiMayo and Eddie Wunderer. Michael, an Accounting Major and rising Senior at Salisbury University, is working in Berlin, MD with our partner firm, Oxford Advisory. Eddie, a Finance Major and Senior at Towson University, has joined Oxford’s Sparks, MD office as a Sales Intern.
