Fox News recently released an article “Caffeine-infused underwear not a weight loss aid, US regulators say” in which clothing companies were advertising bras, girdles and leggings infused with caffeine to be sold as weight loss aids. These garments promised visibly slimming and firming results in under a month. The Federal Trade Commission has since accused these companies of false advertisement.
