Tesla confirms the first fatality of a driver that was killed using their autopilot software. A federal investigation has been launched after the May 7 accident in Florida. The accident involved an all-white tractor trailer that turned in front the of the vehicle against bright sunlight not allowing for the radar to differentiate between the sky and the truck resulting crash killing the Tesla driver.
