21st Century Fox filed a lawsuit against Netflix, Inc. for illegally hiring two of its executives that were under contract. Fox claims that Netflix illegally induced the employees to break their employment contracts. As a direct result, Fox has suffered “great and irreparable harm.”
This is a great example of an enterprise risk.
