Hounded Out of Business by Regulators

Since 2013, the cancer-screening company LabMD has been fighting meritless allegations from the Federal Trade Commission.  On November 13, 2015 the FTC’s chief administrative-law judge dismissed the agency’s complaint but it was too late.  The reputational damage and expense of a 6-year federal investigation forced LabMD to close last year.
