A smoking Samsung Galaxy Note 7 phone caused the evacuation of a Baltimore-bound Southwest flight. Last month the FAA “strongly” advised Samsung Galaxy Note 7 users to not turn on the phones on airplanes because it may cause a safety hazard.
This is a great example of an enterprise risk.
